1. All guests must sign a waiver before entering our play space. you can do this online by creating an account with us then selecting "My Waiver" on the dropdown menu.

2. Shoes are not permitted in our play area, and socks are required by both caregivers and children. The floors can be slippery, so we highly recommend grippy socks.

3. Children must be supervised by their caregivers at all times. 

​

4. No pushing, hitting, running, climbing, throwing, biting or rough play. 

​

5. Toys must stay in the play area and are not permitted in the lounge. 

​

6. Our older friends are never permitted in the infant area. All toys from the infant area must remain there and no big toys are permitted in the infant area. 

​

7. Please treat our toys, equipment, space, staff and fellow guests with respect. 

​

8. Food is never permitted in the play area but are permitted in the lounge or café area. Caregivers are welcome to have their drinks in the play area, but our little friends are not. 

​

9. We are a screen-free a low stimulation environment. We ask that any media is played through headphones only. 

​

10. Please mind your language. 

​

11. We are a nut-free facility and do not allow nuts of any kind into our space. 

​

12. No drinks from outside establishments (i.e. Tim Hortons, McDonalds, other cafés).

​

13. We are not responsible for any lost, stolen or damaged personal belongings.
